It's a day of learning new skills and enjoying Maine flavors!
Join us for a private shucking class in the seaside tasting lounge. Learn how to shuck oysters harvested directly from the farm.
Captain Joe will guide you through this age-old skill and teach you all about Maine's thriving oyster farming culture as you lookout over Carrying Place Island. After the oysters, we will steam up some locally caught lobsters for lunch, right on the dock.

Eat off the Dock
Finish off the class with a freshly-made lobster roll! Every morning, Captain Greg and Captain Herbie leave our dock to haul and set up to 400 traps in Casco Bay, bringing back freshly caught Maine lobsters straight to your plate.
