This event is our way of celebrating our neighborhood partnerships that provide us with delicious, dockside seafood.

It's industry and seafood education by two great hosts, Maine Oyster Company and Lady Oyster. Together, we use this day to casually steam, sip, and celebrate summer together.

Our small-group dining events are full of discussion, seasonal flavors, and freshly caught seafood that invite you into our world. You'll leave the circle fully nourished in both appetite and story.

Every bake involves the region's best seafood and local ingredients.

Oyster Sampling: Your adventure begins with a tasting discussion led by Lady Oyster, featuring a selection of Maine’s finest briny half-shells.

Traditional Coastal Steam: After mastering the art of the oyster, we transition to the main event with Maine Oyster Company: lobsters pulled straight from the wharf next door, alongside sweet local corn and baby potatoes.

The Classic Finish: We end the feast the only way a Mainer should—with a generous slice of locally-baked Maine blueberry pie.
