Night of the Traveling Sea
LOWCOUNTRY X MAINE
Thursday, 11 September, 5-8PM
Gurnet Village
697 Gurnet Road Brunswick, ME US 04011
Lady Oyster joins forces with celebrated Chef Graham Calabria of Charleston, SC, for an unforgettable evening where ocean stories abound from your plate.
The night will honor the Gulf Stream, a powerful warm current that carries migratory fish up the East Coast, which in turn provides sustenance to our larger fish populations in the Gulf of Maine.
Every course will bring you a story of our human relationship to seafood: its cultural, historical, and natural signficance. Chef Calabria will incorporate eclectic, Lowcountry flavors into Maine’s seasonal catch, creating a delicious union between the Mid-Atlantic and MidCoast, Maine.
