With just 16 seats at the communal table, our small-group dining events are full of one-on-one education and discussion, seasonal flavors, and freshly caught seafood from our docks. You'll return home fully nourished in both appetite and story.
The Working Waterfront Dinner is hosted by oyster sommelier and Lady Oyster founder, Virginia Shaffer, as well as Registered Maine Guide and Master Captain, Joe Jerome, of North East Saltwater.

The Evening’s Flow
PART I:
The Oyster Tasting: Taste a dozen oysters from three different Maine farms, with unique pairings and accoutrements. We'll discuss how both the oysters are grown, the influences on their flavor, Maine's ecology and lifestyle practices, and stories from the coast.
PART II:
The night gets even more delicious with a true, straight-from-the-water experience. Captain Joe sources dinner from our lobstermen next door. As we serve dinner, Joe will teach you all about catching lobsters, Maine's seafood industry, and the lifestyle. Enjoy a great meal while directly supporting our local fisherman.
1) Seasonal starter - think cozy butternut soup!
2) Steamed lobster with Maine potatoes
3) Homemade dessert with maple chai tea
