We're an award-winning team of oyster experts and hospitality professionals who host immersive oyster and wine tastings for private parties and corporate events.
You’ll taste an array of Maine oysters from different bodies of water. We’ll discuss how they are grown, influences on flavor, and farm stories. Pairing them with unique accoutrements, we’ll enjoy a spirited evening that celebrates Maine seafood.
Our specialists are engaging ambassadors, backed by training and education from the Oyster Master Guild, a certification program and global network of skilled oyster shuckers, sommeliers, educators, and experts.
